School Council

The school's council consist of pupils from the school. They meet once a month to discuss school issues.

Every classroom has a School Council Suggestion box in. The pupils are encouraged to write down any suggestion or ideas that they may have and pop them into the suggestion boxes. Then the suggestion boxes are emptied and then put forward to the ‘school councillors’ to discuss on their behalf. The monthly meetings are held in the library. The headteacher, Mrs Beal and Mrs Holmes attend the meetings to answer any questions that are raised. The school council have been instrumental in some positive changes within the school including decorating of the girls toilets.
